Front Office Associate
Full-Time, Sq. Hill/Greenfield
One of the front-line faces and voices of the Kids Plus experience, you perform scheduling of initial and follow-up appointments, medical record management, phone answering, insurance verification, cash control, referral letter preparation, new patient concierge services. We’re looking for applicants with exceptional customer service and communication skills. And we’re committed to flexible scheduling, including people who want to, or can only, work evening and weekend hours.
Part-Time, Pleasant Hills
An integral part of the Kids Plus medical team, you’re the front line of our clinical experience. You talk to patients and parents about the reason for their visit, check vital signs, administer injections, deliver treatments, run internal labs, prepare external lab specimens, perform lab proficiency testing, and work alongside our providers to deliver exceptional patient care. You multi-task with ease. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re savvy with technology, great with people, and pay constant attention to detail. Prior clinical experience is required; prior pediatric clinical experience is ideal.
Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist – Collections Focused
You’ll be responsible for facilitating collection of the corporation’s accounts receivable and unpaid patient accounts. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ related experience in a medical office (pediatrics preferred), knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding, and insurance reimbursement procedures. High School diploma or GED required. A related degree is a plus.
Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist – Payment Poster Focused
You’ll be responsible for generating revenue by managing patient accounts and billing functions. Our ideal candidate will have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience. Along with 3-5 years of current healthcare billing experience, and extensive knowledgeable of ICD-10, CPT coding and insurance reimbursement procedures.
